HOW WE WORK

The entire process begins with determining the scope of the procurement. Together with the users, the most important needs are identified:

  • Is it aligned with the healthcare services provided?
  • Is the medical equipment truly necessary?
  • Can the hospital use it to offer additional paid services?
The services are also directed towards designers of healthcare units (medical technologists, architects), as well as investors (public and private healthcare units, local governments), and users of medical technologies. The scope of consulting includes support for the design process of medical technology in hospital buildings, the design of medical and non-medical equipment, and estimating the value and operational costs of medical equipment.

We also optimize the existing technical resources of hospitals in terms of medical equipment and devices. Clinical engineering is a discipline focused on the practical application of medical technology in diagnostics, treatment, and rehabilitation. It combines medical and technical knowledge, coming together at the patient’s bedside.

Clinical engineering is applicable in both hospital environments and pre-hospital medicine, which heavily relies on technology to fulfill its role. Designers, planners, healthcare investors, and medical equipment users benefit from the expertise of clinical engineers.

Tasks in clinical engineering include functionally and cost-optimized selection of equipment used in medical procedures and oversight of its proper usage.

By tracking trends in medical technology, clinical engineering introduces cutting-edge technical solutions that enable healthcare services to be delivered at increasingly higher levels, directly impacting patient satisfaction within healthcare units.
